PALM BEACH, FL – FNM – President Donald Trump last night denied knowing Donald Trump, Junior. Addressing diners at his Mar-a-Lago Resort, the President announced, "I never met Trump. I don’t know who Junior is. We have no deals together. I know he said something nice about me to a reporter. He said I’m doing a phenomenal job. But I never met him."
The speech has been posted to an anonymous YouTube account.
However, Donald J. Trump and Donald J. Trump, Junior have been linked in legal documents for at least four decades. The oldest document obtained by FNM is a December 31, 1977 certificate of Trump Junior’s birth to Ivana Trump. It identifies Donald J. Trump as the father.
Lawyer Robert Mueller, who is investigating potential illicit connections between Donald Trump and Russians, believes that Junior is intimately involved with President Trump’s political ventures. Mueller told FNM:
Donald Trump, Jr. attended a June 2016 meeting in Trump Tower with two known associates of the President: Jared Kushner and Paul Manafort. Several Russian nationals, including lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya, were also in attendance.
But the President insists the meeting was about adoption. “This so-called Trump Junior wants to be adopted so badly. Sorry but I already have a son. I believe his name is Eric.”
First Lady Melania Trump added, “Donald has a son named Barron too.”
The President’s legal team is now investigating whether Barron is the offspring of Trump or of John Barron, an imaginary Trump publicist. The President is a longtime skeptic of birth certificates.
Donald Trump, Jr. is tied to the President not only by a birth certificate, but also in business ventures. A January 2017 document signed by the President, for instance, gives Junior the authority to run the Trump Organization into the ground. (The Trump Organization is a holding company for President Trump’s business ventures.) Multiple mainstream news outlets covered the story.
Still Trump denies knowing Trump. This morning the President tweeted, “The haters are going crazy! Fake news memes covfefe.”
